I spent the last hour reading through the forum and there's so much that I learned.
One thing I noticed is that many people know how to lose the weight (eat pretty healthy, get more active), but still have so much trouble actually losing weight.
Why is this?
Is it using food emotionally? Being motivated? Having the right information?
If someone can give you one thing to help you lost weight, something realistic- (not a super pill, a detox tea or any other quick fix), what...
