About 7 years ago I began my weight loss adventure. I set a goal weight, and reached it. Then I would try to find an amount of calories I could eat to maintain that goal weight, but by the time I had my metabolism sped back up I had gained about 15 pounds, so I would go back on a diet to reach my goal weight. RINSE AND REPEAT.
I'm looking for advice about how to speed my metabolism back up without gaining all the weight. I'm coming off of a 1500 calories a day diet. I'm trying a refeed...
