Just wanted to share a bit of my success with fasting. I've been using my own templet of intermittent fasting for soon 3 years, it's similar to 16:8 only difference is that I allow myself to eat as late as I want during the night, and instead I just make sure that I postpone my first meal 5-6 hours after waking up. As you can see in the attached picture below it’s been working very well.
