Meals so far.
Breakfast:
5 grapes, 3 banans, steamed fish, and freshly squeezed orange juice.
Brunch:
1 banana, a boiled egg, 1 spoon of peanut butter, and 5 tomatoes.
Lunch:
Piece of watermelon, 3 oranges, and a glass of soy milk.
I need supplements with each meal. Plus I drink a lot of water.
Exercise is moving my arms. I can't walk and my arms are heavy.
Irony is what I've done to myself is torture dieting and exercise also...
