Hello, I'm quite interested in some ideas for losing weight. I'm 28 and lead a fairly active lifestyle. I go to boxing classes twice a week (1 hour, 30 minutes each - including sparring and high intensity work out), walk about 7k steps most days. I eat relatively healthy foods. I don't eat meat and avoid carbs a lot. My diet generally involves fish, salad, poached eggs - nothing too dreadful. On weekends I'm not the best behaved, I tend to have a drunk snack (cheesy chips...) and drink a lot...
