I though it was time for a new journal, because I feel like I reached a new phase: I came here to lose weight, and my "higher purpose" at the time was to do another triathlon. Well, yesterday I finally did and it was awesome! I did a 1/8 tri, which means 500 meters of swimming, 20 km of cycling and 5 km of running. I did it in 1 hours and 10 minutes, faster than I expected, especially given that I had no wet suit (only person without one, got some respect for that!
