Someone convince me....

Good morning!

I've been dieting for at least 6 weeks now, if not more.. and I'm hardly seeing results. I started at 165 (May 2nd) and today I'm ..... 165 (June 13th..). I weigh myself everyday and the past 2 Mondays I've been 163, but as soon as Tuesday and the rest of the week hits I'm back to 165.
I intake roughly 1500 calories, I'm 5ft 2. I don't know whether I'm not eating enough calories, or too many.. I haven't eaten any "crap" in those 6 weeks, lots of fruit and protein shakes each...
