Continuing Weightloss

Since I've changed to a vegan diet, I've adopted a healthier lifestyle and lost 35lbs (starting weight 180). I was never in a rush to lose weight my priority was really just paying attention to what I eat and making sure the food I eat is respectful to my body. I've also picked up a workout regimen that includes weight lifting and cardio that I don't do as often as I should.

My issue is that I always tend to gain weight over the summer, me being a teacher I have downtime in the summer...
