24-Day Challenge

I did the 24-Day Challenge and it really helped to get my started with my weight loss.

Day 1-10 is a Cleanse Phase to get all the bad stuff out of you, and days 11-24 is the Max Phase to get all the good stuff back into you. Along with exercise and healthy eating habits it will help you lose weight.

I would love to get 16-20 people started if you are interested.
