First let me tell you how after 6 years of struggle and trying almost every diet and weight–loss program out there without any results I accidentally

discovered a formula which allows you to eat everything you like and no exercise needed! Sounds amazing, right?



Well…



It all started 6 years ago, when I hit the age of 26, suddenly I started to gain weight just by looking at the foods I always have been eating without gaining any weight.

I was 150 pounds at that time, and kept this weight for the last 15 years without any problem…

Suddenly I started gaining weight, and over the last 6 years I slowly got up to 180 pounds… I felt miserable, as I desperately tried every diet out there to stop gaining weight. I

t sure felt like I had tried everything, as I exercised more, I ate small meals every 3.rd hour to keep my metabolism up, right? Just as the experts advices us to do.

Then I tried the low-carb diet without any results, maybe I lost a pound or two… but it came back pretty fast!



I started to feel ugly, and lose my confidence, as I started thinking that there might be nothing I could do with my excess weight… now all my fancy clothes didn’t fit,

and I was totally stressed out when I tried to fit into my once perfect jeans... but in the hope, that ONE day I would be able to put them on again, I kept them in my locker.

My hope was veining, as I just kept on gaining weight. It was so bad that I just had one large pant left that I could use, and it was getting too small as well.

So my options started to be very limited, as I did not want to throw out my old clothes, that I had a dream would fit me one day.



I was on my way going to the city to update my wardrobe, as I just had 1 pant left that fit me… frustrating right?

The thing is that I did not want to follow a rigid diet, where I can’t eat this and that, and only eat specific foods on a specific day, and keeping a special food-list that I was allowed to eat.

The problem with diets is that you can’t follow them, you always want freedom to eat what you like, and the very disciplined ones,

may be able to stick to a diet a couple of years maybe, before they crack.



The miracle…



Yes, I would like to call it a miracle, as out of the blue my misfortune, suddenly would turn into luck!

I accidently found a way to eat the same mouth-watering sweet food I’ve always enjoyed to eat, and still lose weight without any exercise…

( 20 pounds so far in 5 months)! That was my dream all the time, not to give up the food I loved so much.



Does this work for anyone? I believe so, as I gave the formula to my wife and my father… my wife has lost 8 pounds in 2 months, and my father lost 60 pounds in 6 months,

also enjoying their favorite foods, and without any exercise!
