Hello!



I am a new to the weight loss fitness forum but I must say I love it and the concept is bang on. Fitness, diet and motivation is something I am really interested in after many ears of active exercising and healthy eating I think I mastered it pretty well :-)

I will be more than happy to answer any questions you might have regarding weight loss and motivation etc….
