Hi im 15 year old and 6ft1 Tall, Quite broad and weigh around 110kg... I know its alot and this is why i've come here.
I'm wanting to loose around 50-60 Pounds, perhaps more then i will plan to gain muscle :D
But heres where i need help, i've seen that taking out carbs completely from your diet can make a huge change?! I dont know what to eat, how much to eat etc.
Im not going to join a gym as i feel embarrassed, sounds stupid i know, But what exercise can i do to help weight loss?
