lost 80 pounds in 5 months still looking to lose another 80

Good day to you all , am seeking advice and motivation to help me reach my weight goal

a little introduction about myself

I'm 6'6 and last april i weighed 368 lbs , i never been on a diet and never even thought about it , my eating habits were terrible i was mainly a bulk eater , an example of my normal day diet for me would be an 18' family sized pizza or a 12 piece KFC bucket at lunch and a double mac royal super sized combo at dinner with 2 cheeseburgers and a sunday caramel

My family History is full of brain strokes , my father , uncles and aunts all had multiple brain strokes and surely they were overweight but none of them were obese , that's what pushed me to lose weight

i googled the web for ways to loose weight and the method that suited me most was the calorie cut diet , i found websites like calorie king that recommended i eat around 2500 calories a day at that point to loose weight, i took it as a start

i began by restricting carbs and fat from my diet and focusing mainly on protein ,fruits and fibers as i was looking mainly for food that would keep me full with the least calories possible

my normal day would be a huge bowl of salad and 5 cans of tuna or a roasted chicken without skin or 4 slices of grilled salmon or grilled veal , and some seasonal fruits , that was my regular day diet

rarely i may eat a family pizza once or twice a week but i then compensate by eating tuna or salmon the following days since they are less calorie dense than chiken and red meat

the results were immense i never thought i could loose that much wieght and still enjoy my diet , i currently weigh 286 lbs and of course am losing weight at a much slower rate now

i work out occasionally on the treadmill but not that often since i work 18 hour shifts and rarely have time for the gym.

I would like to hear some tips and advice on how to lose the other 80 lbs
