· Beep or shuttle test: level 14

· 5 kilometers run: 20 minutes

· Twenty kilometer run: 88 minutes

· Marathon: 42.2 kilometers

· 10 kilometers run: 42 minutes

· Walk: 10 kilometers in 7 hours with 20kg pack

· Swimming: 2km in 40 minutes



Strength and endurance standards

· 200-300 Sit-ups for standard military

· 200-300 pushups-full bodies

· 80-100 pull-ups-for proper hang and chin standard
