Hey there people my names Lewis and I have suffered with weight problems my whole life and i have got to a point where I know I have to do something about it but I need help from somebody who understands what I'm going through. I am about 6"1 and I weigh around 32 stone... I am really nervous about this. I have been diagnosed with severe depression and severe self esteem issues. I have 0 motivation. I have no real support and im finding it really hard to stay on a diet because im addicted to eating. Please help me.
