how to loose 17 kg (37.5 lbs) in 18 days????

what is the fastest/most effective way that WORKS????



have 17-18 days, need to loose 17 kg (37.5 lbs)



at least 15 kg (33 lbs)

at very very least 11 kg (24.25 lbs)



168 cm (5'5")



tdee is ~1400 cal



no time for gaining muscles etc, just to burn fat weight!!

also no water retentions or fluctuations or whatever, just so fat melts away.
