I want to lose 4kg (and keep it off!!)
I plan on cutting out all junk food (which is mostly just chocolate).
Also I need to move more, so I need some motivation to go jogging, or take myself for a long walk before work.
My Green Teapot Idea was to replace breakfast with a huge pot of green/herbal tea (about six cups worth).
Then lots of water throughout the day to replenish all that caffeine that is in the tea.
I know breakfast is important but I would rather wait until lunch then dinner and snack on fruit.
Any tips for self motivation? I have the plan but not the self discipline…
I always eat too many calories by the time I get to bed :/
