Is this plan going work?

I am 5ft 2.5 inches, and around 9 stone.

This is my plan to Lose 2 stone.



Exercise:

1k run every day, increase by 0.1k increments each day.

Plus a 2 hour long walk every day.



Diet:



4x Pints of water, at least, all day.

6x Cups of Green Tea every morning.



No Meat (Vegan).

No Alcohol.



650 calories a day.



Breakfast: - Frozen Berries, Banana, Small Soy Yoghurt.

Lunch: - Vegetables, Lentils or Beans (Protein).

Snack: - Oh-So Chocolate Bar (Vegan source of healthy bacteria)

Dinner: - One Slice of Bread with Marmite.
