Walking towards success!

"Weightloss is a marathon not a sprint"!




Good evening everyone!



I hope that all is well!



I'm a swedish student who wishes to loose a couple of pounds until next summer.



I'm currently weighing 111.5 kg and my goal is to weigh 10 kg in December.

During the coming year I wish to weigh around 90 kg on the 1 of June and around 80 kg December 2015.



My current routine will look like the following:



Diet:

*Drink plenty of water before any kind of food.

*Eat on smaller plates to reduce portionsize.

*Eat a mainly High Protein Diet with vegetables and little bit of fruit(1 fruit per day).





Excercise:

Go to the gym 5 days a week and do :

*45 min walking on the machine with 4.5 set as speed. Equals around 450 Kcal. (Might up it soon)

*Do light strenght excercises with the machines. Equals around 100-200 Kcal.

*Bike for 200 kcal.



Hobbies:

*Focus on reading more books to keep me occupied when I feel cravings.
