25kg(55lbs) down. Lost 1st 14kg(30lbs) after 1st month. Pics.

Awesome to find so many like minded people. Here's my story...



I'd almost always had a rather unhealthy diet of junk food and soda but my active lifestyle kept my weight in check. This way of eating eventually caught up with me as my work went from manual labour to an office job and my gym frequency also got less and less. I tried to get it going last year but found it tough to gain any momentum as my weight and lack of energy made it feel like a huge mountain to climb. Weighing 123kg (271lbs), I wouldn't say I was obese, but was definitely the poorest condition I'd ever been in.



This year was different. A friend introduced me to Isagenix. Skeptical at first, but figured what the hell, money back guarantee if it doesn't work.



Best decision I've ever made! After completing the 30 day program I'd lost 14kg(30lbs) with only very low impact exercise (30 minutes incline walk on treadmill 4/5 days per week). Over the next few weeks I dropped another 10kg(22lbs) and was back training in the gym and loved it from the very first workout.
