Newbie needing advice

Hi,



Can fellow members please critique my workout and diet, and provide help.



Stats

Age: 32

Gender: Male

Weight: 242 Ibs

Height: 5’ 10’’



Workout (every 2 days)

60 minutes interval cardio (treadmill, rowing, cross trainer and cycling)

30 minutes weights (non-free weights) using all the ‘machines’. (10x3 each)



Diet

AM Protein shake (‘diet’ version), porridge (oatmeal)

Lunch Salad pot (boiled eggs, butter beans, pasta, green beans, cucumbers and cherry tomatoes.



Dinner Grilled Tuna or Chicken with steamed veg

Evening Protein shake



Obviously I need to improve something to lose more fat.
