Motivation needed for daily exercise

Hi





I am doing 45 hours a week job plus daily 6 hours daily sleep. I don't know what I can do to manage the remaining 10 hours daily so that I can put some time on exercise, cooking, sports, study and coding. what I am doing with these 10 hours is really non productive, playing snooker, watching tv serials, recently watched Prison Break(my best ever watched) and snooker. I just want to put time on exercise, programming and stop watching plays and games.

I am almost 70 kg and my waist is 34 so its priority for me right now to make it bellow 32 and my weight should go bellow 60.

What can I do for consistency and what should be the way easy or hard.
