I am doing this for more than 2 years. Early morning I try to have a heavy breakfast mostly bread with butter and mostly fried eggs and then I only have dinner except once in a week I manage some time to prepare fresh salad or anything that can be made fast and have lunch.
What I am saying, would this help in losing weight ? eating less with less frequency.
