I'm a health researcher/writer and I run a health and weight loss blog, and as part of my work I've lately been researching fasting diets (the fast diet, the 5:2 diet...). The initial results seem to be very positive.
I'm wondering if there is anyone out there who has had any experience with this type of diet and how it went.
