April 2014 "log everything" challenge.

The challenge is to log everything you eat & drink & your exercise every day in April 2014.



I have found it to be a very worthwhile habit & thought a challenge would help get me back into it.



You can choose whichever method, platform or app. you want (mine will be on My Fitness Pal) & you can set your own calorie goal.

This is not a contest, as such, it is more about being accountable.



I am going to set myself a target of 1510 cals per day & will input my exercise, so that when I play golf, for example, I will be able to eat more that day.



You can post whenever you like, or not at all. The more the merrier.
