I'm new to the board. First of all I'm a health and wellness researcher/writer and I run my own health and weight loss blog. As part of that, I'm wondering about what real experiences people have had with the variety of natural weight loss supplements out there. I'm talking about everything such as raspberry ketones, garcinia cambogia, hoodia, green tea extract, yacon etc etc..
Has anyone actually seen real, measurable results with some of these products? I've seen many studies that either support or debunk these products, but I was wondering what real experiences people have had.
