Program

Hello,
I am a 20 year old male, 175 cm, 93 kg. I have a treadmill at home and a set of 1-2-3 kg dumbbells in pairs. I really want to lose weight. I have mostly fat situated on the hips and belly.Would love someone to give me a programm or tips or any sort of help. i am also a smoker
