What causes belly fat and bloating?

Belly fat and bloating is most critical issue for people who are overweight. In the current society, people’s working pace becomes more fast and busy; many people have to cost more energy to balance the pace of the working and life. Even many people are too stressed from the family pressure and working issues. Belly fat and bloating is caused by many reasons, including stress, long-term sitting, more processed food intake and etc. So keeping the sexy stomach is more severe for weight loss. Before we know how to lose the belly fat quickly first, we have to know the deep reason which causes belly fat and bloating? There are two aspects which impact our belly fat amounts.

The secret of belly fat problems belongs to the Body Fat Distribution. And the major reason of Body fat distribution is body shape since you are born. There are two mainly types of body shape which covers the most of the women. The Apple shape and the Pear shape. What is terrible shape comparing those two is the Apple shape which determined by the waist to hip ratio.

If your ratio number reached to 0.8, then you are Apple shape.

Or else, you are the Pear shape.

If you ratio is much higher, the possibilities you meet overweight problems are higher.

Commonly speaking, women which storage fat in hips and thighs, which usually considered to be “pear shaped”. If the fat mass is located in the stomach and upper body, it called to be “apple-shaped” which usually happened in Men.

Take less carbohydrate diet (especially some processed food and white rice or bread)

Pears:

Take less fat (such as full fat milk, cheeses, butter or pizza)

Long-term sitting is the first one killer of weight gain for current people, especially with the development of cell-phone usage and computer. Many working conditions cannot live without those two electrical equipment, people are spending more and more time sitting in front of computer for work, and sitting in front of TV for entertainment. People even become more depressed without using of cell-phones and computer. Companying with the convenient they bring us, our belly is turning bigger and bigger. So is our weight.

The Australian research states that if people can spend more time for breaks or standing, their waists number become smaller and the levels of C-reactive protein is lower. That’s another objective causes for our belly bloating.

What will we do?

Spend less time for sedentary time.
Use any snap time for exercises, or standing at least.
Many actions and exercises are suggest such as squats, standing still, walking for a while or just doing planks for 5 minutes, these snap exercises will not spend too much time for you, but they will bring effective results in long term. Lose your waist number, is the typical way to lose weight. If you belly cannot become bigger and stay the same number, so are your arms and legs. Belly is always the areas where accumulate the fat first.
