Lose weight at home by easy breathing exercise

Yes it's true. As per eyogaguru We can lose weight by simple breathing exercise which is called Kapalbhati pranayama. This is one of the best breathing exercise to lose weight naturally and most recommended pranayama it is. Kapalbhati pranayama is not only to lose wight but it is good for total health.

You will say how its possible? But friends it is possible.
Step1- Sit straight and fold your legs or you can sit on chair if you are unable to sit on the floor.
Step2- Inhale slowly and exhale with all your force so your stomach will go deep inside. While exhaling hissing sound should come from your nose.
Step3- Again inhale and exhale completely with full force. Repeat this for 5 mins.
Step4- If you are doing it for the first time then practice it slowly. Mean 1 exhalation per 2 secs. After good practice you can increase your exhalation per second.

Preacaution - Always practice kapalbhati pranayama on on empty stomach. It should be done in the morning and evening also. You should keep gap of 4 hours after having your lunch if you are parcticing it in the evening. Early morning it should be done on an empty stomach.
