Hi! I've been doing a really nice program for the past 6 months and was getting great results, as I'll tell below, but lately I've been somewhat lazy, so its time for a new workout plan, and a new diet!
Its so amazing that I've found this place and can share with you guys!
Well well, a bit about me now! My name is Klodin (nice to meet you!), I am 173cm tall, I started at 98kg, Im 37 y.o and I'd say I'm not really happy with my body since I was about 30..
Like I said before, about 6 months ago I started a really amazing program (its funny, I found it online), and I actually got some really got results (went down to 63kg!!!!!), but then got lazy and gained some weight back.
Now I decided to get back to that program, and also try a new diet some friend of mine recommended me.
I'll update the results as frequent as possible, peace out! :)
