Fastest Way to Lose Fat - Simple tips

Hi friends, Here i m going to give some simple and effective tips for weight loss.

Actually losing weight is not difficult but if you will follow below simple tips then it is possible.

1. Drink warm lemon honey water early in the morning. Do not use sugar.
2. Go for fast walking or jogging
3. Do not skip breakfast
4. Do not eat more at a time. Have less food for 4-5 times in a day
5. Avoid sugar food, maida, dairy products, pasta, burger, meat, cold drinks, tea, egg yolk, fatty oily food and bread.
6. No Rice. If you cant leave without it then have it less in lunch but avoid in the evening
7. Avoid stress depression and tension
8. When ever you feel thirsty drink only warm water.
9. Practice yoga poses like suryanamakar, bhujangasana, Kapalbhati pranayama, pavanamuktasana and dhanurasana and other yoga poses to lose weight and stay fit.
10.Drink lauki vegetable juice. Good to loose weight
11. Avoid fast eating
12. Do not eat when you are bored or stressed.
