So you've signed up, you've bought all your powdered meals and you're ready to go. A month or so goes by and you're loosing weight, you're starving but you're loosing weight and you're loosing it fast. Great, let's celebrate. You have a little treat, a cheat meal. That cheat meal turns into a cheat day, that cheat day turns into a cheat week and all of a sudden you're back to your original weight. Sound familiar? It doesn't have to be that way. Flexible dieting is an approach to nutrition that works off the basis that 80% of your total calories for the day should come from 'healthy' sources and the remaining 20% can be used for whatever you want, literally anything as long as it fits within that 20%. Making dieting enjoyable and a lot more sustainable. You don't need to be on these low carb diets, shake only diets, you don't need to starve yourself to lose weight. It's time people started realising that. Don't believe me? I have a blog dedicated to flexible dieting and I'm documenting my diet right now so come and have a look at 'kieranriley.co.uk'.
I know this is probably going to get taken down but just know, I'm not trying to sell anything. This has all come from seeing a family member starve herself. She was miserable, she would miss out on meals with the rest of the family because she thought drinking a couple of powdered meals a day was the only way to lose weight. Please, even if you don't look at my website. Do some research on flexible dieting, change your life.
Thank you, Kieran
