I used Spark Fitness and I know they would be perfect for you and help you reach your goal. (They have people with a decent amount of weight to lose - drop 20 lbs in the first month. I had the same problem. I feel like sometimes exercise doesn't work in the beginning. I think you need it after you change your diet and drop a few pounds. I didn't have any luck and struggled big time until I found supplements and nutrition at Spark Fitness. Spark Fitness has a program where they give you a free personal fitness and nutrition coach. (Pretty impressive - you will have his or her personal cell # and they are available anytime.) They have a 24 day challenge that worked for my girlfriend so I tried it...I'm almost done...on day 21...I have lost 11 Lbs and I haven't worked out...accept for some walking. My Mom barely leaves her recliner but with her personal fitness and nutrition coach she has lost 22 lbs in about 8 weeks.
