I Taking The 24 Day Challenge and It's Totally Working!

I am using Spark Fitness and I know they would be perfect for anyone wanting to lose weight and change their eating habits for good. and help you reach your goal. (They have people with a decent amount of weight to lose - drop 20 lbs in the first month.) I feel like sometimes exercise doesn't work in the beginning. I think you need it after you change your diet and drop a few pounds. I didn't have any luck and struggled big time until I found supplements and nutrition at Spark Fitness. Spark Fitness has a program where they give you a free personal fitness and nutrition coach. (Pretty impressive - you will have his or her personal cell # and they are available anytime.) They have a 24 day challenge that worked for my girlfriend so I tried it...I'm almost done...on day 21...I have lost 11 Lbs and I haven't worked out...accept for some walking. My Mom (diagnosed with MS 12 years ago) barely leaves her recliner but with her personal fitness and nutrition coach she has lost 22 lbs in about 8 weeks.
