Help!

Hello,

Apologies if this is in the wrong place, I'm not sure where it would be most suitable.



I am a young (early 20s) active individual and I have been on the juicing diet 'Super Juice Me' for a while now but I am struggling to lose weight:



I juice 4 times a day (3 sometimes but generally 4)

I go to the gym 3 times a week (around 30-40 mins of cardio generally reaching around 500-600 calories lost

I don't eat badly (had a tiny bit of chocolate this week and a sandwich)



This week I have gained 4 lbs and I don't understand why. I am due to come on this week but I'm sure that can't be an influence.



I am desperately upset with my troubles and would appreciate any advice/tips/methods on this.
