Hi guys I'm Ben. Recently reached my Weightloss goal of 12st3lbs down from 18st. I have been vloging about Weightloss since 2012. I have recently compiled a list of my top 10 Weightloss tips into a 14min video that includes some information about food, hormones, sleep, stress, determination, measurements and exercise.
