step one

Well, I guess I need to get started. When I had successful weight loss in the past, I would weigh myself everyday. The idea was that if you saw the weight going down it was inspiring! If the numbers go up, make some changes quick! It is a lot easier to loose 1 pound than it is to loose 15+.



So there you have step one.... weigh in everyday, same time, same place.
