2 Steps to Lose Weight in a Week



1. Change Your Diet.



Eliminate these three things from your diet:


  • Baked goods.

  • Fried foods.

  • High calorie drinks.






2. Increase Daily Movement

I work retail so generally I'm standing, walking or pacing around the store

for 40 hours a week and/or 160 per month; I could say I got Step 2

packed down.



Unfortunately Step 1 is a tab bit harder lol... but I recently came up with

an idea that may help; feel free to comment with your opinion.



Idea: I'm going to eat nothing but healthy meals for 6 consecutive days

and if I actually make it, then I can eat whatever I crave of the 7th day :hurray:



I don't know, I've started this week and successful so far...
