Hello again, everyone!

Hiya everyone! My name is KT.



I joined this forum back in 2013, but due to a nasty illness I stopped coming on here and fell out of touch with my fitness... so now I am trying again!



I don't really have a specific reason for doing so, but looking to the future there are so many things that I would like much more if I lost a few pounds!



At the moment fitness-wise I have a strict pescetarian diet, I walk everyday and run sometimes (Not as much as I should though!)



It's nice to meet you all, and I hope this journey will be a positive one!
