Losing the baby weight and getting back in shape!

I used to be on this forum a couple of years ago. I have, since then, had two baby boys. My oldest will be turning 2 in April. My youngest is almost 3 months old. Here is a link to my old diary: http://ift.tt/1CtB7iP



Fortunately, I have gotten back down to my pre-pregnancy weight, but I'm not where I want to be on my weight, muscle definition and endurance.



Current stats:

Height: 5'3"

CW: 176

GW: at least 150, 130 is what I would love to be at, though!



Me and my husband have already decided that we both want to get back in shape. We are planning on getting up at 8 am every morning to exercise. He usually has to get up by 8:30, anyway and I get up with him, since the kids usually wake up around 9 am.



So, here's to getting back in shape!
