First I want to say thank you for a great website, great tips and all the good information you all share in here!
My name is Kate and I wonder if any of you have tried an online fitness coach, or online PT? They are so much cheaper but can they really do their job without meeting me? I looked at one; 'mysmarttraining dot com' and I'm suppose to fill in my personal data but I'm still unsure?!?!
