Ok OMG, I just really wanted to share with you all the program I used to lose weight. I was about 5'10 and weighed about 195 and the bmi calculator told me I was overweight. I mean well by the looks of things, I already knew i was. I was embarrassed of my body and although im a gay male, I still deserve to have that beach body I always wanted. Now I weigh about 160 so 35 pounds was what i dropped! Anyways before i go on and on lets get into it. There are NO pills or supplements that come with this product. I must admit the first manual isn't really all that, it just basically tells you what you are going to get yourself into. But the diet manual is when you really start to get to work.
