weight loss drink recipe

Hey guys. This is super exciting! This drink is my favorite way to keep my metabolism up and that extra flab off. I only use it when I have time in the morning to have an empty stomach for ~half an hour. It can enhance food cravings because it speeds up your metabolism but they key to weight loss here is to not increase your food intake while drinking this.



The weight loss drink recipe:

2/3 cup boiling water

1tsp honey

1 TBsp sliced ginger

½ tsp cinnamon

½ lemon's juice



take on empty stomach morning and night, resist temptation to eat more because it increases your appetite
