macronutrient combination

Hello.

Goals: strength maintenance and fat loss

Questions: what percentage combination should I have for protein-carbs-fat and daily caloric intake.

I am 65 years old, 5 ft. 10 in. and 175 lbs.

Weight target: 165

Exercise routine (weekly): 5 miles swimming, 10 miles walking, 9 miles elliptical, free weights and stretch band workouts
