Ambi's Quest to a fitter me!

Hi! I'm Ambi and I'm pretty overweight and rather unfit- which sucks because I'm throwing a party in a few months time and I want to look awesome, and plus I have recently realised that I really want to get back into skating but I went skating the other day and have lost any skill I once had. *sigh* so I have lost all strength that I had as a child and loosing one of the very few skills I have- and I'm not even seventeen yet!! With two pairs of roller skates and new Ice skates ordered- I really hope I can shift this extra weight soon!! I'm also gonna work on flexibility which I need for skating.

2 hours Ice skating

20 squats

2 shoulder stands- working on back flexibility

2 half 'crabs'- I haven't the strength in my arms to push myself up anymore

5 minutes stretching out leg muscle

10 minutes ankle focused exercises

2 twenty second planks

20 sit ups

2 attempted push ups- I just have no arm muscle. At all.



I will try to do daily updates :)
