Do you think some people pick supplements first then nutrition after (and then perhaps training & rest ?)
What are your thoughts on alternative supplements such as spiriluna, wheatgrass, cacao, Juice Plus/Herbalife, etc - waste of time, personal choice, miracle supplement ? I do take some supplements, not many though, i rely on blending vegetables (which has made a huge different to my energy), getting protein from various sources (meat, fish, pulses, vegetarian food), this was even true in my old role as a bodybuilder when i got free supplements from a well known company. I wouldn't put down people who take these things, the choice is theirs, it may not do you any physical good but if it helps mentally and doesn't harm your body then who am i to criticize ?
