Legs bums and tums workout

This one isn't just for the ladies if you want a better looking rear, toned legs and a flat strong core complete the following routine.



Complete exercise for 35 seconds take 30 seconds off before moving to the next set of exercises.



Bodyweight squat jumps

Hip bucks

Cross knee plank.



Rest 30 seconds.



Jump lunges

1 leg Romanian deadlift (with or without weight )

Plank March



Repeat 4 times.
