HERE IS MY INTERMITTENT FASTING DIET SCHEDULE THAT ALLOWED ME TO LOSE 37lbs. IN 2 MONTHS. 8 – 4 – 8
The one thing I do have to say since I started this diet is my food intake has gone way down naturally. At first I thought it was because I was putting less food in my stomach so it shrank. (Imagine that…another wives tale) Your stomach doesn't actually shrink, the chemicals in your body balance out and it turns down your internal “hunger meter” acting as a food suppressant. In fact "intermittent fasting diet has been compared to amphetamines" - Dr. Mercola, because of it’s food suppressant capabilities, and your ability to lose weight so fast.
I slept for 8 hours didn't eat for 4 hours after waking then I ate 2 -3 times within 8 hours and made sure I didn't eat 4 hours before bed. Stick to this and you will see results!

8 HOUR WINDOW FOR FOOD
4 HOURS NO EATING BEFORE BED
