My name is Thomas, I just turned 23 and I plan to lose 150 lbs through diet and exercise (or lifestyle change for those of you who prefer that terminology). My start weight as of 8/9/14 (my birthday) was 370 lbs and my current weight is 361.8 lbs. I am still in the very early stages of my journey but I hope to lose this weight within a year. The first 8.2 lbs feel great but I know not all the weight will come off this easily. I have exercised a minimum of two hours a day and have cut all sugars (with the exception of fruit), red meat, empty calories and meaningless fat from my diet. I have eaten plenty and have felt very satisfied with fruits, veggies and lean meat. I am here to document my journey, get ideas and share ideas.
