Hello everyone I am new here.

Hi all my name is Craig, i'm new to the forum and have never really been on one before so forgive me for being useless =p



I am a 29 (soon to be 30) male, my height is 6'1 and I currently weigh about 30 stone 10 lbs or about 430 lbs =S with a BMI of 54.

I plan to lose 14 stone or 200 lbs and lower my BMI to a safe level through eating right and exercise.

I have done this twice before but always seemed to lose motivation at the last step. This time i hurt my knee and couldn't really work out and as a result of that and going back to bad habits i am now heavier than i have ever been in my life



I hope to learn a lot of tips and so advice on my journey (a long journey though it will be) so that i can hopefully play it forward and help others achieve a healthier body and mindset.



Lastly sorry about the wall of text I am new to this =p
